Providence Assisted Living Foundation, Inc. is a Houston-area nonprofit serving Katy and the Greater Houston region, focused on expanding access to community-based care for older adults.
We address a critical gap in the care continuum for seniors who cannot safely remain at home but do not require institutional care. Our work is centered on improving health outcomes, reducing preventable decline, and supporting families through this important stage of life.

The Problem
A Growing Gap in Senior Care
Across Katy and the Greater Houston region, many older adults fall into a critical gap — they can no longer safely live at home, yet do not require institutional care.
Without appropriate support, seniors often experience preventable health decline, unnecessary hospitalizations, and increased isolation. Families are left navigating limited and overwhelming options.
